Ben has been surrounded by the sporting goods industry his entire life.  As the son of a sales representative and agency founder, Ben has seen what it takes to get the job done successfully.  His sales career began in 2000 when he was hired by Gander Mountain.  While at Gander Mountain, he worked a variety of roles including retail sales, customer service and management. He transitioned to product training and B2B sales which involved new sales associate training and setting planograms and retail displays.  Throughout his career, Ben has represented a wide variety of sporting goods products and has had account responsibility for big box retailers, independent dealers, distributors and buying groups.

Ben excels at understanding the product as well as the market and see the value of building relationships with customers and manufacturers.  He enjoys discussing the world economy and technology, always mindful of how it relates to opportunities within our industry.  He thrives to help everyone be successful while having fun at the same time.

In his free time, Ben can be found reading about history, racing fast cars, hunting, fishing, tending to his two dogs or traveling the world with his wife to see what amazing food, friends and adventures are out there.
