While attending Southwest Missouri State University, Troy worked at the Bass Pro Shops flagship store in Springfield MO which started his career in the outdoor industry.  In early 2003, he started working in his spare time on the Dunkin Lewis Prostaff Team and in 2005 came to work for the agency full time.  Troy’s biggest assets are his ability to grow relationships with his accounts and the factories we represent and to use those relationships to understand his customer’s needs and build long term successful business plans.    He has earned several sales awards during his tenure at Dunkin-Lewis.  He also strives to continually grow his knowledge of the products we sell.  Another Industry veteran and fellow Dunkin-Lewis employee, Tripp Thomason, told him one of the motto’s he’s taken to heart in his work life, “the more things you can take off your buyers desk the more valuable you are to him”.

In his spare time he loves to hunt whitetail deer, elk and turkey and bass fish as well as coach his three sons’ baseball and basketball teams.
