Charles F. Dunkin

Chairman & CEO

Charles Dunkin is a native of Selma, Alabama. He served in the Armed Services from 1953 –1956. Charles attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham and worked as sporting goods buyer and merchandise manager for the sporting goods department of Moore Handley in Birmingham from 1956 - 1960.

He joined Joe Lewis and Associates in August of 1960, covering the states of Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, and northern Florida. In 1967, Charles became sales manager of Joe Lewis and Associates and supervised the entire operation prior to the formation of Dunkin Lewis in 1970.

Charles oversees the total operation of Dunkin Lewis and actively supervises several key accounts. His relationship with the vendors we represent is more family than business and his participation in new product development and programs has seen much success for the vendors we have represented.

Charles has been a devoted husband to his wife Gladys since 1954 and together they raised two beautiful daughters, Sharon and Susan who blessed them with 3 grandchildren.  They also own Dunkin Farms in Marion Junction, Alabama where they raised registered Beefmaster and commercial cattle for many years and which presently their two grandsons manage the cattle and farming operations.  Their granddaughter Grace Marie is following her grandfather’s footsteps as an integral part of the Dunkin Lewis agency working toward the next generation of success.

Duane Collins


Duane entered the Sporting Goods Industry in 1966 working as a sporting goods manager, and later district manager for K-Mart. He joined Dunkin-Lewis in 1977.

Duane’s background and creativity are among his strongest assets. His knowledge of the major account business is invaluable and his creativity in providing opportunities for all customers is a large part of the success of the company and the success of our customers.

As President, Duane works closely with the entire sales force, helping them apply sales strategies and techniques to their specific territories. His wealth of experience offers “outside the box” ideas which lead to successful promotions and sales programs with our factories, and ultimately drives sales and business growth at both customer and vendor level.

Duane is a native of Savannah, Georgia. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1970 and is a Vietnam Veteran.  He and his wife Sharon (Dunkin) Collins have one daughter, Grace Marie Small, who has joined with her father and grandfather bringing a third generation to the agency.

Jonathan Small


Jonathan joined Dunkin Lewis in 2008; he graduated in 2002 from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  Prior to coming to Dunkin Lewis, Jonathan worked as a buyer for a large independent sporting goods company and during that time; he served five (5) years on the NBS Buying Committees.  For the past several years, Jonathan has been managing many of our larger customers assisting with our vendors in finding opportunities to grow the business mutually.  In 2017, Jonathan was promoted to President of our agency.  He has proven himself to be a leader within our agency in both the aspects of sales and vendor relations as well as management of our sales associates.  He will continue to manage his accounts in Florida-Mainland along with our factories and co-manage the agency's International business.

Bill Douglas

Executive Vice President

Bill graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1971 with a degree in Business Administration. He has worked in retail, wholesale and manufacturing and previously worked for Dunkin-Lewis from 1979 to 1999. In 1999 he accepted a position with Moultrie Feeders as VP of Sales. Bill returned to Dunkin-Lewis in January 2004. In addition to his responsibilities as Executive Vice President, Bill manages the office operations and oversees the Academy account in Katy, Texas. His organizational skills as well as his knowledge of all facets of the business are valuable assets to factories and customers.

Craig Kelley

Vice President

Craig is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Business. Prior to joining Dunkin-Lewis in 1979, he worked for a major independent retailer in Alabama. His product knowledge is invaluable, not only for Dunkin-Lewis, but for the factories we represent. Craig maintains an insight into the product changes that affect the industry. His determination and drive are great assets to our factories as well as his customers and it is reflected in the respect he has throughout the industry.

Clint Murphree

Territory Manager

Clint is a skilled communication specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the Sporting Goods industry, fostering relationships with manufacturers, dealers, distributors and Big Box customers.  He holds a BA in Business from Western Michigan University.

Clint started in the Sporting Goods industry as a National Sales Manager for Gamehide Hunting Clothing and Outdoor Cap Company.  Since 2006, he has been working for Dunkin Lewis overseeing the Northeast Territory, working with our team at Academy Sports as well as helping to coordinate the day to day business and programs with several of our major manufacturers. He pioneers success due to values, knowledge, and industry experience and knows prosperity is not an entitlement, but rather earned everyday through dedication and hard work.  He has a high bar for industry excellence and will continue to push the envelope to foster growth for all clients.

Clint is married with two sons, Ben and Jake. He is an active member of the National Rifle Association, Ducks Unlimited, and the National Shooting Sports Foundation. In his free time, Clint enjoys a passion for hunting, shooting, archery and raising two boys heavily involved in sports.

Dallas Miller

National Sales Manager

Dallas joined Dunkin Lewis after graduating from Auburn University with a Business Degree. His internship during 2006 provided him with a vast knowledge of the industry. In 2015, Dallas was given the added responsibility of overseeing the Southwest and Upper Midwest Territories.  He recently was promoted to National Sales Manager and will work directly with each of the territory sales managers on growth strategies by brand, customer and territory.  Dallas is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting and golfing. His youth and pleasant attitude are an asset to our organization.

Sarah Rath

Sales Communications Manager

Sarah began her work in the industry with Johnson Outdoors after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Management and Human Resources. She joined Dunkin Lewis in September of 1997 and her roles within the agency have transformed with its needs as it has grown and expanded over the years.

Sarah’s experience in sales & information technology as well as her previous position with a major outdoor manufacturer give her multiple perspectives when analyzing new and better methods to help our sales associates be more efficient and successful in the field.  She is adept at seamlessly incorporating sales tools from our diverse vendors into our business model and is a significant resource for our management team, bringing efficiency into corporate operations.

A northern transplant to the south, Sarah and her husband Cory are raising their two southern born boys on their property, Sterling Creek Ranch, just southeast of Birmingham.  She is blessed to be very involved with the school they attend and managing all the extracurricular activities in which their two active boys, Jack & Duke participate.

Grace Marie Small

Vice President of Strategic Development

Grace Marie is the third generation of the Dunkin family to begin a career with the agency. While attending Auburn University, she became the first college student to intern with Johnson Outdoors. Grace Marie officially joined the group in September of 2009, dedicated to learning each and every aspect of the business. She was recently promoted to Vice President of Strategic Development where she will continue to work with our manufacturer's on business growth strategies and with our territory managers on efficient territory alignments.

Susan Allred


Susan Allred grew up with Dunkin-Lewis, as the second daughter of Charles Dunkin. She is a graduate of Auburn University. Susan works closely with Charles on all financial aspects of our operations. She oversees our company accounting as well as administration of the salesmen sample accounts with the factories.

Lara Walton

Office Manager

Lara graduated from Judson College in Marion Al, with a degree in Business and joined the agency in January of 2001.  She is responsible for our agency's day to day operations, including maintaining and reconciling expense accounts for each of our sales associates.  She also manages all employee records and company benefits and assists in the year-end financials.

Lara enjoys downtime on the water and spending time with her family and friends.
