From our foundation, Dunkin Lewis has become one of the oldest and largest manufacturer’s representative agencies in the country. We have grown to serve factories nationwide with fifty-four associates covering seven territories in forty states. Offering a wide range of services is what makes Dunkin Lewis the success it is today. The factory’s objectives establish our goals and the customer’s priorities create our agenda.

Customers and Dunkin Lewis speak the same language. By evaluating and understanding the opportunities with each customer, we are able to maximize a profitable relationship for both the factory and the customer. We are readily able to prepare mixed vendor presentations in the form of one-day independent dealer promotions to multi-chain media and pro-staffed supported events . We have the tools and talent to layout flyers and catalogs. Dunkin Lewis associates understand how to develop  the right business plan to keep our factories profitable and maximize the profitability of our customers. Forecasting sales, recommending product mixes by territory, and advising with new product development are very important parts of our job.

The vision to see beyond the obvious makes things happen. It means asking the right questions, getting involved with the customer’s planning processes and becoming valued, contributing members of the team.

Elevating customer profit margins, solving customer problems, identifying business opportunities are all high- priority activities which take Dunkin Lewis well beyond what once were considered typical salesmen’s services. Technology also plays a large part in what Dunkin Lewis is doing to best serve factories and customers. From the early days of main-frame computers, Dunkin Lewis has invested in the technology to communicate with our factories, customers and associates. Each representative maintains modern communication tools such as laptops, cell phones, PDAs and the ability to communicate and process vital information through Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Our main office is staffed with the tools to evaluate data from our factories and customers and makes this information immediately available to our salesmen through our own ftp and extranet sites. This keeps our salesmen up-to-date and informed even when they are on the road.

Teamwork is the key element in our successful relationships with our factories and customers. To most, we are an indispensable part of their team, eager to find innovative ways to  increase profits. Our job, as we see it, is to  be contributors to the return on investment.
